01 // Acceptance of Terms

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the QuinLabs mobile application (the "App") or website operated by QuinLabs ("we", "us", "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the EEA), have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

02 // Description of Service

QuinLabs provides a productivity and utility application available on the Apple App Store. The App may include free features and premium features available through in-app purchases or subscriptions.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. Where practicable, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

03 // In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

The App offers optional in-app purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

• Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. A valid Apple ID and payment method is required.
• Pricing and subscription duration are clearly displayed before purchase. Prices may vary by region.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
• Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.

04 // Push Notifications

The App may request permission to send push notifications for relevant reminders and updates related to the App's functionality. You can withdraw this permission at any time via your device's notification settings. We do not use push notifications for unsolicited marketing without your explicit consent.

05 // User Conduct

By using the App, you agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
• Use the App to distribute malware or harmful code
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the App without our written permission

06 // Intellectual Property

The App and all of its content, features, and functionality — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are owned by QuinLabs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.

07 // Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at quinlabs.io/privacy.html and within the App. By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in that policy.

08 // Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

09 // Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, QuinLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.

10 // Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QuinLabs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11 // Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other legitimate reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections 6, 8, 9, 10, and 13 survive termination.

12 // Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13 // Apple App Store Terms

The following applies specifically to your use of the App obtained via the Apple App Store:

• These Terms are between you and QuinLabs only — not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
• In the event the App fails to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App, including product liability, consumer protection, or intellectual property claims.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a US government embargo and are not listed on any US government prohibited parties list.

14 // Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and notify you through the App where appropriate. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
